Replacements for Damaged Products

1. Eligibility: Damaged product? You’re eligible for a replacement. No replacements for misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

2. Notification Period: Tell us within 7 days if you get a damaged product. Late notifications won’t be eligible for replacement.

How to Request a Replacement

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage
  • Photos of the damaged product

2. Review Process: We’ll review your request and may ask for more info.

3. Approval and Replacement: If approved, we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.

Shipping Costs for Replacements

1. Standard Shipping: We cover standard shipping for replacements. Need it faster? Extra charges apply.

2. Return of Damaged Product: We may ask you to return the damaged product with a prepaid shipping label.

Exceptions

1. Non-Eligible Items: Items not bought directly from our website aren’t eligible for replacements.
